You’ll find all your course content and the FAQ inside My Dashboard (you need to log in first). It’s the easiest place to navigate your learning and return to whenever you need orientation.



What happens next?

Here’s what you can expect from here:

  • Your coaching classes are on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month.

  • Your live video review classes are on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month.

  • Watch recordings and other content in the course modules here.

  • You'll get an email reminder before each class. 

  • You can access the community space and start sharing.

  • There’s no course content to complete.

Growth includes full access to the Balance First Community and the restricted space for Growth Members, where you can connect, ask questions, share your videos for peer and 'light touch' review, and follow updates as we get ready to begin. You’re welcome to introduce yourself, share your goals, or simply explore quietly. Whatever feels right for you is perfect.
